In 2015-2016, Nick was our family trainer. Myself, my wife and son worked out with Nick 2-3 times a week.

One thing you can say about a training session with Nick: It’s never the same workout. That is by design. Nick brings decades of experience as a trainer and high performance athlete to the table. He knows at any given point what kind of workout you need that day.

By training with Nick, you will find that you are able to do things you didn’t think were possible. I had stopped working with trainers for I had some back issues that always seemed to flare up with I did train. Nick was able to put together a regular routine that kept my core strong and me injury free. Nick knows your limits, and how to build you up. You’ll work, but he will get you there.
